We want you to love your jewelry! If something isn’t right, we’re happy to help.

Return Window:

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for store credit or exchange only. Original items must be unworn, in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Permanent jewelry

  • Customized or engraved pieces

  • Final sale items

Return Process:

  1. Email us at info@themadrose.com with your order number.

  2. We’ll provide instructions and a return shipping address.

  3. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

Once we receive and inspect your return, store credit will be issued within 5–7 business days.
