 What materials do you use?

All of our jewelry is made from sterling silver or better. We use gold-plated sterling silver and gold vermeil, never brass or stainless steel. Our pieces are hypoallergenic, durable, and designed for everyday wear.

 How long does shipping take?

We process orders in 1–3 business days. Standard U.S. shipping takes 3–7 business days after processing. You'll receive tracking info once your order ships.

 Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer international shipping to select countries. Delivery typically takes 7–21 business days, depending on the destination. Customs duties or taxes may apply.

 What’s your return policy?

We accept returns for store credit within 14 days of delivery on eligible items. Jewelry must be unworn and in original packaging. Permanent jewelry, customized items, and final sale pieces are non-returnable.

Can I cancel or change my order?

We can’t guarantee changes once an order is placed, but please reach out to us at info@themadrose.com ASAP and we’ll do our best to help.
